Organica is currently looking to fill a Mechanical Engineer position.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of Engineering Manager to prepare
- P&ID drawing
- Equipment datasheets and lists including Equipment – PLC communications
- Electrical load lists
- Hydraulic loss calculation, preparing Hydraulic Flow Diagrams
- Pump head calculations
- Pipe sizing and material selection
- General arrangement drawings
- Piping layouts, sections, isometric drawings
- Instrument Plot Plan
- Equipment selection, sizing
- Civil layouts and section
- Involvement in the preparation of tenders, offers, information documents (basic knowledge of wastewater treatment)
- Managing AutoCAD blocks and Revit Family (creation also), Revit Server maintenance
- Involvement in preparation of the project budget and schedule
- Involvement in research and development projects
- Coordinate with engineers of other disciplines (basic understanding of their needs)
- Travel for project support, installation supervision at field installations both in Hungary and abroad
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering
- 5 years’ experience in a variety of mechanical engineering positions, 3 years’ in wastewater sector is a must
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge in hydraulics
- Expert skills at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Practical knowledge of use of ACAD design software
- Practical use of Revit is a plus
- Willingness to travel abroad few times a year
