Organica is currently looking to fill a senior position in Sales & Business Development in Philippines, reporting to the Business Head – ASEAN.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Drive BD & Sales efforts to grow and convert pipeline of opportunities for projects and services
- Handle lead qualification, bid/ proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy for all opportunities in Philippines
- Identify suitable partners for opportunities/ tenders
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as end clients, contractors, and consultants etc.
- Work closely with the Regional Business Head to implement business development & sales initiatives for Philippines
- Map key stakeholders in both concessionaires in Metro Manila and forge strong relationship
- Lobbying with key decision makers at government bodies in the field of environment and wastewater management
- Building the Organica brand beyond Metro Manila and create business opportunities with Private businesses and LGUs
- Full accountability for delivering bookings, revenue, and GP targets for Philippines
- Gather market data and information about industry trends, competing technologies and organisations, competitive pricing, and technical specifications, etc.
- Manage accurate information on all potential project opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field
- Proven experience of atleast 8-10 years in sales, business development, or marketing within the wastewater management or environmental sector
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales processes, and business development techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis
